How to get Metadata information from one machine to another

is there anyway to connect two machines together using RB. one playing music and the other is the encoder that pushes the feed out the internet and regular radio (Airwave). whats happening is that the method being used doesnt get the metadata information from the music machine. because both machine are connected via a mixing board.

You can use RadioCaster (http://www.djsoft.net/enu/radiocaster_details.htm) for this. It can read the metadata from a file. The file can be generated by RadioBOSS which plays the music
