RadioBOSS 5.0 [beta]

I'm sorry but look at the report folder before my previous post, on my system there is no report generated by RB 5.0.1.
All reports there are RadioBOSS 5.0.0.9

unless they are being saved elsewhere.
but I entered the folder that opens from the popup menu radioboss.

Another thing:
I am working with ADS Scheduler, and saw that the default priority for the Adv is "one" in my case do not use that feature yet but I wonder what the reason.
I think it would be better default priority 9, then if I need an advertisement to the top block, would no longer be necessary to modify all other commercial.

2- Not encode metadata for Opus. (Icecast supports Opus with metadata,  but not send RadioBOSS)
6- Name for file types not working in txt.
1 - thanks, this is already in the bug list, should be fixed soon.

Regarding 2 and 6, I've assigned them to RB 5.0.2.
6 - not implemented yet
2 - I did not try, but as I see nothing about this on the news, I guess not implemented yet.

This will be in: RB 5.0.3 :)?

Thanks.

Those features are not assigned to a specific version yet, but they should be implemented in .3 or .4 for sure.

Hi, there is a problem with this profile.
Everything worked properly until you restart the PC, then start radioboss no more, I guess radioboss Profile damage files.
However, the "Radioboss.exe" process exists, and uses 25% of cpu and starts an infinite loop that will consume more and more RAM.
I tried it on another pc and it is exactly the same.

I've added it to the list of bugs, - if reproduced, this will be sorted out in the next update.

Ok, Thanks!.
I have a question, would there be any problem if you use the command "playbackinfo" 2 times per second 24 hours (all along)?.

There shouldn't be any problems except for many threads created and some memory consumption. I'd advice you to make requests each one second or even every 2 seconds.

I still have the same problem "makelibrary: Range check error".
and no error report generated.
Maybe this is generated by the large size of my library.
about 200,000 songs.

otherwise.
in the next update, you can add Search In List for auxiliary players?.
It is the only thing we lack to edit play list on them. :D

On the problem of slow searches:
Now appears an error report when preciono two keys quickly in the search.

I've re-added it to the list of bugs, please wait for the 5.0.3 update.

Yes, this will be added in the next update as well.

Does it happen every time? If possible, can you do a video?

If it happens all the time. but in large databases.
Databases 3000 songs works well.

Could make a video, but I do not do much good.
An example of how this bug occurs:
I find the song "hallo", write that word normal typing speeds.
1 - I write a letter "h":
the search begins, all ok.
Two-typing the "a".
The program crashes and generates a report like the one attached in the previous post

It was tested on a database with about 300K tracks and was OK... So I think a video in this case would be very helpful. The 5.0.3 update is on its way - if you make a video of this problem it's like that the problem will be fixed there.

attached video.
now did not generate any error report.
but you can see it works very slow.

pay attention to blink in edit search.
Also the audio bars are the "cogelamiento"

Sorry for the waste of time.
Already detected the cause of these freezes.

AVG Antivirus!.
I'll have to try another antivirus.

Sorry. :)

Good to know. This is not the first time antivirus causes problems.
The best thing to do is to completely remove antivirus software. The integrated Windows firewall gives good security level (if you, of course, never run untrusted software).

Ok and web browsing may not be dangerous?

About think the error makelibrary command, was also caused by the virus.

run again tomorrow when I confirm.

Another thing:
makelibrary can create databases from playlists?
Because I would like to automate this.

It will not if you run the web browser from Sandboxie: http://www.sandboxie.com :)

Are you sure - it works OK now?

No, it only scans the folders.

I thought it was for the same reason, but I just checked that no.

No, it only scans the folders.
It is very difficult to implement?, This will save me a job performed daily.
Working with playlists:
Pop, 90's etc.. which are changing all the time and with these playlists are created xml.
