Would it be possible to have more than one "MIC" button, to allow for attaching guest (USB) mikes and controlling without the need for a mixing desk?

Currently we have no plans for it... Mixer board for such case is way better. You can try using VAC (Virtual Audio Cable): route all microphones to one sound card and use that virtual sound card as a MIC input in RadioBOSS.
