Hello
I installed the new version (4.0.7.467)

Playlist Generator a problem

Made Default Base or File Base But not running.
File Base selected  --->  Base : 30 Files
Default Base selected  --->  Base : 30 Files
same in both the number

C:\Documents and Settings\Bylove\Application Data\djsoft.net\RadioBOSS_xxxxxx\Database/base.xml in contains : 30 record.
here is the number

thanks.

It's because that file counter is not updated. The "Base: X files" always shows how much files in the Default database.  But, it doesn't matter. When it starts to generate, it loads appropriate database.

I could not understand the sign in the picture

I want to generator from the selected file

If you select "Default base" it'll generate from base selected in the RadioBOSS's settings. This way, the older version of Playlist Generator worked.
Now, you can select "File" option, and then click "..." to select the database file which you want to use tracks from.

RadioBoss settings in this way

My XML files
c:\Pop.xml  ---> 33 files contains
c:\Rock.xml  ---> 50 files contains

Creating list From Playlist Generator

both in the experiment are the same song list.

How do I list by genre ?

thanks

You say, it always generates using the "Pop.xml" database?
We checked the code, it looks like sometimes the error could occur... Please try downloading the latest version - it's already fixed.

I have RadioBoss (4.0.8.473) and Playlist Genarator (4.0.0.185)

Default Base selection Generate Button click No Problem
but
c:\rock.xml file selection Generate Button click  "Error While creating playlist! (not enough tracks)" message

do you think is the problem ?

Press the "Clear template" button, then, select "Tracks quantity: 10" and check if it creates a playlist. If it still produce the error message, check that the "rock.xml" base contains files.

no did not work
Default base (pop.xml) copy to c:\rock.xml

Playlist generator "Clear Template" button click press
"Default base" radio button is automatically selected

Manually c:\rock.xml file selection Generate Button click same error.

We're working on this issue now, but so far, we were unable to reproduce the problem.
