OK so here's where I am, and how I got here. I continue to see no solution.
Things were working fine on my RadioBoss station. I'm an 'Ultimate' subscriber. (I'll tell why I confused it with 'pro' shortly)
1) I noticed there was an update available the other day. I'm registered through January of next year so I updated the software. I'm on 7.2.2.0
2) I entered my registration key and rebooted.
3) At this point, the programming presets I'd put in in the last six months disappeared from the screen and presets were showing that were several years old. A few would run, most were listed but gave a 'preset not found' error. This includes the older ones. The ones entered since the first of the year weren't listed at all. (I understand the program SHOULDN'T do this, but it did.)
4) I found the preset files I'd created since the upgrade in a folder called '\presets\PIGenPro'. (That's when I typed 'pro version'. My bad on that.)
I did the following as directed: 'When you click Settings > Open Settings Solder, you can then go one level up to see what settings folders you have.' It takes me to a folder that contains the preset folder listed in item #3 above.
I have made ZERO changes to the program so this isn't something I created. For some reason I'm not able to access the programming presets contained in the folder 'PIGenPro' which is listed under my settings folder.
This thing has run flawlessly for several years. But it is not reaching those programming presets and I just need to know how to make it work again.
Thanks for any help!
