RadioBOSS disconnect from shoutcast

I am an apprentice about shoutcast. I worked all day at DWG radio station. Sometimes RB crashed and every time it broked shoutcast connection. Every time I reloded the script from shoutcast and inserted in my blogs. Why RB broke that connection ?

At shoutcast I have this src= in script:

Id number is changing every time when RB restart. Is there any solution to do not change the ID when RB is restarting ?

Regarding the ID, it's out of RB control, I think it's assigned by YP site... Perhaps you should contact them about it.

At DWG I use RB 4.7.6.3 becouse the newest version does not install. It crashed becouse I forced it.

What mean "assigned by YP site" ?

I didn't look into it deeply. But I suppose it works like this: when you station gets listen on http://shoutcast.com it's being assigned an ID. That ID is used in the Shoutcast player on your web site.

RB can't keep this ID constant nor it can control it... But I suppose there should be a way to obtain it somehow. Shoutcast API may help with it: http://wiki.winamp.com/wiki/SHOUTcast_Radio_Authhash_API

Regarding the original question, why disconnects happen. Well... It depends. Some ISPs use billing systems which break sessions every 12/24/48 hours to perform calculations. This is the most common case. How often those disconnects occur?
