RadioBOSS Mix-Points and Active-Playlist-Item

Hey Guys!

At the moment we are searching for an automation-software for our school-radio-station and we found you.
We tested some several situations with the software but we found some really annoying bugs.

First of all: We are using RadioBOSS 5.2.2.0 Trial.

The first problem: In the playlist when you click on a music track, the track gets a white background with a white font. Thats annoying because you can't read the songtitle then. (In the Dark Theme)

The second problem: It seems that RadioBOSS fully ignore Mix-Cue-Points?! There isn't a single good fade! We have always a silence of 1-2 seconds between the tracks and thats not how it should be.
Is this a general problem or is this only a problem in the Trial?

Can you please send a screenshot of how it looks? Please see the attached image on how it's supposed to look.

There shouldn't be any silence between tracks. The mix point is detected automatically by default (you can change it in Settings->Crossfades). Where tracks are located? If it's a high latency network drive, then it can explain pauses.

Hey Guys

Yeah. After RadioBOSS start it's blue, like on your screenshot but after a while it turns white for no reason. See attachement.

The tracks are located on the local hard drive.

Maybe it helps you that we are running the trial of RadioBOSS on a Windows Server 2012 R2. Some known problems with WinServer 2012 R2?

And there seems to be another strange problem. If you open the Segue Editor or the Segue Editor 3 it sets "Fade in" and "Fade out" automatically. But both are at the beginning 2 seconds after an other.

It shouldn't be happening... Please try switching to Default theme, do you see the same glitch there?

Windows Server 2012 is fully supported, no known problems there.

It sets Fade In/Out according to the red line in the editor.
