radioboss problem microfon

Good evening. I'm having a problem with the radioboss program. I've normally connected the Mixed outside and I've taken the following steps. 1. I have gone into the playback and have set the main sound card the built-in that the external mixer has. 2 I have gone to the input and I have assigned input 1 for the microphone. 3. I have gone into the relay and I have assigned the 1st encoder input. The problem is that when I hit ef8 to drop the music and work the microphone on the resume, streaming is cut. why is this happening and what exactly can I do?
I ask you because I have a vision problem telling me exactly the steps and if something I did not do right.

If you use the mixer board, then you should connect microphone to it and control the sound level from there. If you want to use the MIC feature in RadioBOSS instead, then on the Inputs tab you need to configure "Mic button" to use the microphone (not Input 1).
