RadioCaster Error

I've been using RadioCaster version 2.7.0.0 and also 3.0.2.0.

I had to reformat my laptop and am now getting this error;

Error connecting with ssl error: 1409442E:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert protocol version

The same error appears when trying to install and unlock either version. I'm stuck on what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
