Remote VoiceTrack Connection

Hi, I have an Ultimate license on my PC.
Can I connect via Remote Voice Track to watch the playlist of another RadioBOSS Standard license? This one belongs to a friend of mine who is physically far away and would like me to just visually monitor RadioBOSS's rotation.

I don't actually need to add voice tracks or anything else. It's just for monitoring purposes. If he upgrades his license, do I need to enter the IP address of his PC/Modem? If there's a firewall, how do I get the real IP address and connect to that RadioBOSS?

Remote Voice Tracking is only able to connect to Ultimate instances, I'm sorry.

You need to enter his external IP which is usually router's IP, and the router, port forwarding needs to be configured, so that connection to [routerIP]:[somePort] forwards to actual device's RadioBOSS API port, typically 192.168.whatever:9000
