Scheduled programs

Hi, As an Am&Fm Gospel radio station, we have several ministries that have programs on our station. If we schedule the program there is no guarentee that it is going to come on at the scheduled time. If we choose run as scheduled it cuts the song off to go into the program. Is there no better way of doing this? Any ideas

Why not? Events run on set time, as you configure them.

There are several ways:
1. Start exactly at the scheduled time, interrupting the playing track.
2. Start and put it into the queue after the playing track.
3. Start it and put into the queue, but specify "Maximum time to wait" after which it will interrupt the playing track and play
4. Start as Overlay Event
