Shoutcast V2 metadata relay through RB playing stream.

Hello again Dmitry,

  This is an old request actually, I would like RB to forward Shoutcast V2 metadata in particular Station logo and Track Artwork when playing a Shoutcast V2 stream of course in addition to Title and Artist name.
