We recently started streaming our radio station through an app by RadioFx. We used the url: https://c25.radioboss.fm:8104/stream which works for some time then the audio disappears, but the app says it's still playing-the sound bars are moving and then maybe 15 minutes later, the sound will reappear. This may happen several times throughout the day. The app manufacturers said it is a problem with our URL. Any suggestions?

Looks like a problem with the app actually. To confirm this, you can try playing this URL in the browser or using a standalone player to see if the issue presents there.

You can find all available URLs in the Information section. How much time does it play before the sound disappears? Are you sure the stream is actually playing - maybe there's a scheduled event that clears the playlist or something like this, and the radio itself becomes silent for a while.

It will play for 2- 3 hours. I double check to see if it's playing on the tha actual radio and it is. I also check on the radioboss log and it's still on the air. It may be 15 minutes before it starts back again. We have tried 2 different URLs but just to make sure we are looking in the right place, how do we get to the information section that lists the URLs? Thank you
