Sweeper Insert Help

I can figure out how insert a sweeper before the schedule event.  I really need step by steps for this event.

You need to prepare a folder with sweepers, then in a scheduled event set the "Insert a sweeper before starting an event" option and select the folder with sweepers. When necessary, RadioBOSS will insert a sweeper before starting an event.

I tried that and I still can't get it to work...

You need to have suitable sweeper in the folder. It won't insert anything if there's no sweeper of the required duration.
