the sweeper simply does not start
no there are no error messages
What I want is to put a sweeper with djingle before the start of the hourly news.
Also in my FB group there is a member message that the sweeper does not respond

Yes, there was a bug which in some cases led to sweepers not being inserted at all.
Please provide more information, the sweepers are not inserted? We don't get any complaints about it now.

There's no any errors in the log about it.
In this case it looks like it decided that a sweeper is not needed. For instance, time before event start is more than configured "Max time to sweep".
