THE PROGRAM STARTS AND CLOSE IN A SECOND

Hi , in the same PC i have 2 RB 3 months now and everything works fine until today !

after restarting the one opened normally while the other opens for 1 second and closes again without me having time to do anything!
I restarted the same thing, uninstalled it and reinstalled again, same problem!!!

what could be wrong and what can i do???

please any advice ?

Does it show any error messages? Please also specify what version do you use.
