Very High Playcounts - complete plays only to count?

I have super-high playcount numbers in files that are likely attempted to be play but didn't. This 12k number certainly does not really reflect the count of his ten minute piece.

I know I can reset playcount but this would not tell me how many times the file was really played.

Can completed plays be distinct from times loaded?

I suspect the high playcounts is whereRBCloud was trying to play but not being able to - for whatever reason -
OR its a bug?
Not sure but it looks like in some cases, playcount can get a bit off, for a reason. Maybe it is just us and our config??

Don't know if anyone experiences this,

It only counts if a track was started. Not counts if it was skipped, e.g. because of "Do not play two files of the same type" option.
I'm not sure why the playcount is so high in this case. You can tell me your account username to check.

An update on this. Further inspecting the logs from your account, an issue was found, the Playcount built up because of "Do not play two tracks of the same type" option and it was a single track in the playlist, playcount was increased in a loop for days. We'll account for this situation (do not increase playcount in this case) but this seems to be out-of-order case as it leads to silence as the only track in the playlist is skipped.
