This behavior makes sense if there is no limiter because the actual physical output of the audio interface is overdriven, however a limiter should correct this problem. The levels are limited, as you'd expect, but even with advanced limiters with 32 bit headroom, and with the playback volume down significantly, I still have a quietly clipping signal. What should I do to fix this?

@dereck I had this problem to. I placed the tracks in playlist with 30s recorded additions.
I then added them to playlist and played that instead. This seems to work for me. I did have all sorts of volume issues.
