Windows Xp issue?

I run Windows Xp still just to do my radio cause cause  is major there but noticing few issues.Not enough storage is available issues. Not this command. I have never seen  and don't know why its happening.

Really don?t know also on Xp I can only have one plug-in window open at a time? I moved to Linux now and fully on there. Just sick of the bad performance and stuff on windows.

There's no limit on plugins under Windows XP...

No i know that but having  more than one plug-in window open is a no go.
