Work areas error

I report an error in the work areas.
Work windows do not save their position.
When you expand or reduce the RB overview window, its position changes.

A message appears in the left corner asking me to update my version. How can I disable it?

RB 7.0.8.0 windows7 32 bit
I hope the error is now better understood.

When RB is left next to the window (left or right side) for a few minutes, it generates the error.

Please restart the software, if the message appeared it will not go away.

This is older version, please check how this works with the most recent version. There are lots of changes between the major versions.
