How to open Base in Root Folder

Thank you for RadioBoss

We are very pleased with the new version of Radioboss 5.7.1.0
But wondering one thing when I try to open the Base file, (the Library) in the Root folder of Radioboss, it just flash, the base does not open.
It is Ok when I open Base in RadioBoss Tools, Music Library
But I would like to have a shortcut to the Music Library on the desktop, but that don?t work know
We had that in all the earlier versions of RadioBoss

This has nothing to do with user accounts.
All users have access to the music Library.
No problem to open Music Library when RadioBoss is open, Tool Music Library.(Ctrl + B)

But what I want is a shortcut from the Base (Music Library), on the desktop.
Base is located in C. Programmer / RadioBoss
When I try to open it just flash, notting happens

Yes, sorry for a bit of misinformation - currently it prevents starting Music Library if there are any user accounts present.
