command: How to play tracks from library

Hi,

I am looking for a command to play one or three tracks from a library-folder.

Currently I am using this in a event with "playlists". But now I want RB to play just three tracks from specific library-folder. Is there an easy way to do this? Thx.

I think, the easiest way you can do this is via the playlist generator. From there You can configure category, and set form where, and how many tracks need to be polled and played. Then schedule event, and You're ready.

You can prepare a playlist with three Track List items (create one, then copy-paste, if all of them selecting from the same folder). Then schedule this playlist to run when needed.
An alternative way, if you don't want to create a playlist, use "Multiple actions" in the scheduler, the idea is the same: create three Track List actions.
Result is the same with either of the approaches.

Playlist Generator, as mentioned above, it also good for this. This also gives more control over what's selected.
