Hello
When I launch an Internet Stream unlimited, it cuts itself alone after a while. Is there a setting to do?

You can specify stream duration, in this case, the stream will be automatically restarted in case of any connection failures. More information in the user manual: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/stream_and_podcast_playback.htm

I set the time and more flow break
A little supplementary question, with these settings if there is a real break in flow how the software reacts

It will perform some attempts to restart the stream. If they fail, it will move to the next track in the playlist.
You can control the number of attempts and delay between them in Settings->General, Advanced configuration button, "Stream playback" options.
