yes if you use VAC or Voicemeter, Getting a Q802USB mixer would be better or something like it. But you always run the issue of processing, So more money will be spent on VST effects to process the incoming stuff. I also recommend Izotop RX5.
RadioBOSS itself can use only one microphone. If you want multiple mics, then using a hardware mixer is the best solution. Another way is to use virtual sound cards to route both mics to one virtual sound card, and then use it in RadioBOSS.
