Can you make more complex statistics? For example statistics by last ten hours?
Like in image from attach.

You open a web site, enter your login/password and see the stats.

I am currently using Shoutcast server and I use ShoutStats (http://www.glop.org/shoutstats/).
I will start using IceCast server. Does anyone know a modify version of that script to use both ShoutCast and IceCast server ?
Or any similar tool?

According to the readme for ShoutStats - https://github.com/lra/shoutstats/blob/master/README it has Icecast support already.
