Can you please give more details on this issue?dave2015 said:I'm new here, the control server is showing offline...there's no place to restart server like i had seen before. is it currenty down ? Also can't access any of my settings at the control server.
The mp3's should be in the media folder, that's correct. Please follow this guide to set up AutoDJ: http://v2.radioboss.fm/?p=727dave2015 said:oh i see...i have put a few mp3 songs in the media folder from filezilla...i'm not sure if this is the correct folder to store the mp3s. how do I enable the auto DJ ? Again the settings are not being shown on my browser.
To log in to server use username: admin and your main password for Centova control panel.dave2015 said:also the shoutcast streaming auto server site at
http://s2.radioboss.fm:8576/index.html
Says Unauthorized when i try to login there
Also at the control server it says....
Logged in as: (my name) (DJ)
Please contact support@radioboss.fm regarding this - specify what credentials you're using to login. It could be that you're logging in as using DJ account and that DJ account doesn't have a permission to start/stop the server.dave2015 said:I don't think your understanding what i mean..the control setting to stop and restart server are not showing up when i login to the control panel.
Ask Dmitriy to access your PC with Teamviewer to help you.dave2015 said:I have done all of that still getting error message...i have let support know this as well.
The error message says "No tracks exist in the active playlists for this account." which means that you didn't add any tracks to any of the playlists. Please carefully follow each step in this manual http://v2.radioboss.fm/?p=727 - the playlist management is in the end of the guide. Note that all steps in the guide are necessary, otherwise it will not work.dave2015 said:I have done all of that still getting error message...i have let support know this as well.

The files are uploaded but you did not add them top any of the playlists. You need to drag-drop them to playlists (on the left).dave2015 said:When i go to auto DJ then media the tracks are there...so its another problem i need to fix.
