Don't update track file modified date when using "Track Properties" mass tool

Hi Dmitri,

My Radioboss studio is on a distant VM, so I use a FTP to transfer the tracks files between my local nas server and the distant server.

I don't understand why but when I'm using the Track Properties tool without changing anything concerning the file metadata, it's updating each time the "Modified Date" of file generating a new file importation from my FTP, because FTP is detecting a change on files, but there are no changes, just an update of file "Modified Date" I don't know why. It's case for example when I want to mass change file type, or mass disable or enable tracks in the Music Library.

If file tag was not modified (e.g. Artist or other tag fields) then file should not be updated - except for the case if additional information is stored in the APEv2 tag. We'll check if something's wrong there.
