a lot of file not show BMP

It means that RadioBOSS was unable to automatically detect BPM value. You can open file properties and set the value manually.

have anyway to automatically detect BPM not set set the value manually? or use 3rd party software to update?

RadioBOSS automatically detects BPM when it's able to, otherwise it will give a -1 result.
