Internal VAC

I would like if RB will have internal VAC (Virtual Audio Cable). It can have another name, of course.
That will be like a dream if it will be possible.

It's pretty challenging to make such a feature - it requires a driver and I suppose there will be many compatibility problems... What is the problem with VAC? Eg. what RB VAC should add to it?
