(minor)Feature Request: sticky upload bar

Very minor issue in RB Cloud, more for new users
when upload a track, the progress should be sticky as you don't know you are uploading until you scroll to top. Often trying it again, and triggering a second upload. RB obv also detects the duplicate and skips it, so really not a biggie.

It's supposed to always stay on top, as the main app window is without scrolling. The only case when it will have scrolling is small screens, e.g. mobile phone, is it the case?

yes, it does stay at the top, which if you are down the page, you don't realise till you go back up and see 2 files (or more) uploading because you didn't realise it started uploading. So sticky, I guess I was thinking top of the view, rather than page. However also, like i said it is really a tiny issue, because RB doesn't upload the duplicates.

Yes, also there's a single upload queue, when you start to upload more files, they will be queued, so there's no much difference if the upload window was seen or not. We have plans on reworking it in the future, maybe we'll also see into this position issue.
