Playlist Generator: Additional priority rules

Are the additional priority rules AND'ed together, or first matching?

For example, I have 3 rules on a category:

Decrease priority by 30 for tracks where year less than 1960
Decrease priority by 20 for tracks where year less than 1970
Decrease priority by 10 for tracks where year less than 1980

Does that mean a track from 1959 will have a score of 20  (Base priority of 50 - 30) or -10 (Base priority of 50-30-20-10)?

It applies all rules that are appropriate. In your case, a track from 1959 will have a priority of -10.
