I use a ZOOM AMS-44 with an (admittedly older) version of RadioBOSS for our sports play-by-play setup. We run music from our RB playlists during intermissions but my issue revolves around microphones. When the “output to encoders only” option is activated, I can hear a clear voice signal from the headset mic, whether the red mic switch is on or off. When the “output to encoders only” option is clicked off, I don’t hear anything with the red mic switch off, but when it’s on, I get my voice coming back with an echo through my headset. Is there an option to get a clean mic feed with the red mic button “on” while muting it with that switch “off”? Would an upgraded version of RadioBOSS allow me to do that? Apologies if these are novice questions, but I’m a charter member of the TECHS-AREN’T-US club.
