Does the radiocaster support the RTP protocol?, to retransmit in real time

and options , add server, star bullt-in server, what is it for? : ???

Currently RadioCaster does not support RTP protocol.

And could you put the RTP protocol to the radiocaster? or make a software without delay or point to point and that will incorporate DSP

RadioCaster already supports DSP.

It will not be possible to get rid of the delay, as network streaming requires buffering. You can decrease buffer size in the server settings, this will decrease the delay but may also cause stream instability in case of network problems.
