Requests sometimes breaking playlist

On some occasions when a song is requested it isn't injected into the current Playlist but becomes its own single song Playlist that just loops until the next scheduled event.

This quite rare but happening enough it's a concern. I have to manually restart a Playlist.

Since it doesn't happen with every request and is only rarely happening, once a day or every couple at times, I don't think it's a settings issue.

The playrequestedsong command will insert a song into the playlist (if there are requested songs), it's the way it operates. The song is removed after playback, unless you have "Insert as regular music tracks" option enabled.

I don't have specific songs in a play list. I have the playlist set up in a clock wheel type rotation. Pulling from station IDs and specific folders. Most of the time 90% at least, it will insert the request and continue the rotation. Working as I think it should. It's only the other 10% where the request becomes it's own playlist on repeat and I have to go to the scheduler and run one of the play lists. I have 3 that rotate through out the day at different times. A morning, afternoon and evening mix with different folder rotations for music.
