Streaming server issues

One of my friends told me that have serrious problems with streaming.
There is internet connection (I am connected to him through teamviewer) there but RadioBOSS gives an 40 error.


It is about amec customer.


Is there any solution to fix this?

The server is active and is working. The error 40 means the "timeout" error, usually it means either network problems on client side, or antivirus/firewall blocking the connection.

Thanks Dmitriy ! They had an issue with electricity and one router doesn't work well.
