Music library - windows 10 dark -no highlites

Can't figure out why this is happening. With Music library in windows 10 black style mode, why do many items in the library lose their high-lite after loading new songs in? Have tried sorting and running the 'tools', but it doesn't bring them back. Switched over to windows 10 slate gray and haven't any issues, but I* find the dark easier on the eyes. Is it just me?

.. turns out its doing it in gray slate too.. playlist generator will load the song into the playlist but glosses right over instead of playing it..

This looks correct. The dimmed items mean that the track does not have Artist/Title tags so this information was extracted from the file name.

I used mp3 tag on all of these files before entering, the de-tagging occurred on its own after I had closed the library and added more music.Guess I'll need to re-tag every time I add more.

Music Library reads the tags when tracks are added, there's no need to manually re-tag tracks.
