Library to the Constraint & not-repeat rules in Auto Intro?

1. Is it possible to add Library to the Constraint options along with Tag, Comment, Language, etc., so that, for example, two Pop songs don’t play consecutively?
I know I could add a “Pop” tag to all the songs in the Pop library, but that complicates things and creates unnecessary tag clutter. This way, it would be simpler and cleaner.

2. Also, is it possible to add some not-repeat rules (do not repeat track = min) to Auto Intro?
I feel like some intros are played more often than others.

This should be handled by tags.
