I would still love to see a way to have song requests inserted directly in to the playlist, with the option to then skip next song after it, so it doesn't mess up my rotation format. Just to make it more clear, my playlists look like this:
news, hour intro, 2 songs, spot, 2 songs, ad break, 2 songs, sermon clip, 2 songs, ad break, 2 songs, spot, etc. But the idea is, only have 2 songs. But I would like requests to be factored in and made part of this, in a way that won't break this format. So, maybe a rule in track selection that would allow it to be replaced by a request if one exists, or if not, just follow normal selection rules.

Repeat protection is enabled, but it does not work for song requests.
Under the "Scheduler" section, it is set to read song requests and automatically add them, but songs by the same artist are still repeated.

For example, if a listener requests one song by Ace of Base and the system plays it, the user can immediately request another song by the same artist, and it will be added and played right after.

Repeat protection should also apply to this case — it should read the request but not play another song by the same artist until the defined time limit (set in repeat protection) has passed.

This will be added at some point in the future, implemented as "conditional items" (that is, play requested song if it exists, and if not, play something else).

For example, if a listener requests one song by Ace of Base and the system plays it, the user can immediately request another song by the same artist, and it will be added and played right after.
Yes, this is a limitation of the request system, repeat protection rules for this will be added soon (or it'll use the general rules).

That statement, that additions are of little use, is a big problem for most people using Cloud. It's the same for us, and we urgently need a solution to this because the more listeners there are, the more this problem is exploited – the same song gets requested multiple times over and over again.

In addition, under "song requests" only 5 requested songs are visible. The whole page is empty. Wouldn't it be possible to let each customer decide for themselves how many they want to see there? It's not really that complicated.

Yes, this will be implemented soon.

We'll check why this happens. There should be no limit on how many songs are displayed. This will be fixed in the next minor update within 1-2 days.

It still only shows the 5th requested song at a time.
Secondly, listeners are still able to request the same song repeatedly, and the system keeps playing it.
This is being exploited daily, and repeat rules are not working with the song requests.

We were not able to confirm this problem, all requested songs are shown.

Repeat protection rules for song requests will be added in the next update, this feature is now being implemented.
Clear – if you say you can’t find the error, then check my user stream6843 - spacefm and view it yourself… I’m not making this up. If it used to be up to 5 requests, now it shows up to 6. You can see my two most recent request orders. A screenshot from before the last one and after.

When your account was checked, it showed 10 tracks in the requested songs list, 5 played and 5 unplayed. Please note that it keeps the number of played requests up to 5, to avoid list growing too large. So in general you will see "up to 5 played requests" + "whatever number of requested songs that were not played yet".
