Artist separation not working?

I've just generated a playlist with (supposedly) artist and track separation rules in effect for the category of music I am playing.
If you look at the screenshot attached you can see that the same artist should not be played for 60 minutes, but they are actually being played withing a couple of tracks/songs.
How can I stop this?

Look for The Rurals & Jacob Gurevitsch

On your screenshot, the repeat protection rules are configured for a category, so this is possible one of the "Jacob Gurevitsch" tracks was added from a category where no repeat protection rules are set.
