Main device init error / wrong device selected -please check settings ( 23 )

Hello all,

          Was wondering if I could get some help here. I keep getting this error and I dont know why. Also, when I am testing the stream the I can hear the mic crackle when I speak. Any clues? I included some screenshots of the settings I have selected.

This error is about playback devices, not input devices. In the settings open Playback->Devices and make sure the correct device is selected for Main Soundcard.
