Hi Dmitry,

  Just found another issue.
I am generating a 24h playlist everyday using PlgenPro. This takes about 2 to 3 minutes as I am mainly using directory and not the database.
I setup "Maximum time to generate playlist..." to 600 seconds to let PlgenPro to end the process.
But the option "Restart the program if it crashes or hangs" does not seem to take this parameter into account and restart RB.

I just activate this option recently. So just found out.

This was fixed in RadioBOSS 4.7.2 - playlist creation doesn't lock up the program any more.

You can make playlist (as I do) to use in PGPro. It works very, very fast and HDD is not stressed out.

thanks pety but I do not want to work with playlist, I will probably switch back to partially using RB DataBase

Thx Dmity But I am blocked at RB 4.7.1 due to Streaming server issue your are investigating on.
This is not a major concern for me RB 4.7.1 is perfectly stable and runs fine. Just wanted to report the issue.

Christian, you've reported problem with RB 4.7.3. The issue with playlist generator exists in 4.7.1 and prior versions, but was fixed in 4.7.2.

Probably 4.7.2 version will work for you, but I can't guarantee this for 100% because of that mysterious streaming issue.
I think you should try it, not on the production stream where you have listeners - maybe setup it on another port or something like this?
