No playback sound from the software

Hello. I have encountered a sound issue with RadioBoss. All of a sudden I have lost sound on the playback. It had worked just fine until now.I have checked and tried changing settings but nothing seems to cure it. RadioBoss playback plays but no audio is present no matter what I do. My sound card I do have works just fine with other applications (YouTube, Netflix, etc, etc.)

My sound card I have installed in the machine is VIA Technologies, 6.0.11.1100. This seems to be the latest and current driver.

Can anyone help?? Willing to teamview with each other.

Do you see any error messages in the log? Please send a screenshot of your Settings / Playback / Devices window.

Also make sure the volume slider under the playlist is not set to zero.
