PC requirements for RadioBoss

I want to install RadioBoss into my PC with parameters: WIN7,32bit, INTEL ATOM CPU 1,86GHz, RAM 4GB. I want to run the programme with Stereo Tool VST plugin. Would this be sufficient power for smooth running of the RadioBoss? What is the minimal or optimal PC configuration for RadioBoss?

This is enough for RadioBOSS, but I'm not sure about StereoTool - depending on what features you enable there, it could not work smoothly.

I have made the installation using embeded EQ and Compressor and it works flawlessly. The sound is very nice, I thing there is no need for additional sound shaping. Thank you for very nice broadcasting tool for such a reasonable price!
