Scheduled event task not playing by DTMF tone only

I have several events scheduled to play by various DTMF tones only, coming from the Network via satellite.  All work perfectly except for one particular DTMF tone.  Watching the Debug, I see the particular "03" tone showup, but the task does nothing.  It used to work just fine.  Am I missing something?

Make sure the event's start time is correct - the tone should be between (event start time minus DTMF checking frame)...(event start time). Starting with RadioBOSS 5.2 it considers event's start time even when the "DTMF Only" option is used.
