Update and install new radiologger

I just paid for an update radio logger and i want to know how i intall it.
By the way up to existing older version or by the way unistall old and install new version?

Thank you for purchasing an update.
You can install it on top of the existing version to preserve the settings. It's not necessary to remove the previous version, just install a new one.

I done that... Unistall preview without deleting folder.
Instal the new and ok.
Is that right?

Is it just silently closing? What sound card are you using and what driver in the settings (eg Wasapi, Asio)?

i pay attention to it if closes again to see if it give an error message. i am a creative sound blaster titanium sound card. with wasapi
