what would be best Mix start?

I still don't quite understand Mix start point. Can you recommend a value when music is normalized with -23 LUFS? Also via crossfade options I set mixpoint to about -33dB.

I suggest you to try different values until you see the result you like. A starting point could probably be -19dB.

Start and Mix Start are totally different things, and you should have them both set for best results. If you normalized tracks after Start points were set, you can re-scan them to set Start points according to the new level.
