Bonding Audio Files so they don't get separated by Scheduler Events

Dmitry,

We have some static playlists that are 50 minutes long and designed to run each hour.  Part of our plan is to add presenter voice overs to introduce songs in the playlist.  Sometimes there will be a single voice over to introduce a single song - other times a single voice over to introduce a block of 2 or 3 songs.

If we focus on one voice over and one song this is what we are after:

1. Bind the voice track to the song track - so that the scheduler cannot insert an advert block between them

2. Instead, if a scheduled event is added to the player it could be inserted after the "voice over + song" combination.

3. For multiple songs: just bind the voice track to the first song track - the following songs could be split up with event scheduler adverts and stuff

I think this will make these static playlists sound a bit more "live".

Does this make sense ?

Thanks,  Jamie C.

I agree. I think RadioBOSS should never insert scheduled event after voicetrack. The voicetrack+track will always be bonded - I've assigned this feature for RadioBOSS 5.1 release.
Thanks for the idea.
