Format for Weather Announcements

I've tried to follow the Radio Boss manual to set up weather (temp) announcements but nothing seems to work.  I keep getting the error message "Weather command skipped: rate limitation"
I am obviously missing something in my interpretation of the manual to set this up using Openweathermap.org
Could someone lay out the proper procedure?  I set up time announcements with no problem but the weather procedure is just not clicking in my head.  Thanks, Jack

I keep getting the error message "Weather command skipped: rate limitation"

This means that you have called the "weather" command too often. You can open Settings->Scheduler and use your own key for retrieving weather data, this way there will be no rate limitation. In the next RadioBOSS update (coming fairly soon) we'll get rid of the rate limitation error completely.
