Multiple soundcards. Playback specific 'file type' from specific soundcard.

I would like to auto control various hardware like transmiter power, using DTMF tones, through scheduler or a command.

I already created 16 mp3 "songs", for each DTMF tone.

I would like not to interupt music sending these DTMF tones to main output, so i have a second usb sound card wich is connected to DTMF decoder.

Is there any way to auto play these DTMF tones using the second soundcard via the scheduler or a command ?
Like jingles or card wall can in manual mode.

- An external player like ffmpeg, or python could do this using a command line!

One option would be to have a second RadioBOSS installation (install it to a different folder) dedicated to sending those tones, and configured to use a different device.
