Not selecting the correct Sound card

I have 2 copies of RB running on one machine. They were loaded as suggested by using a separate folder (RadioBoss1) for the second copy. I hav the internal sound card and a USB sound card for the outputs. If I restart the machine both copies of RB will select the USB output. I've tried saving the profile after selecting the sound card selection but that doesnt help me after I reboot. Suggestions?

The sound card settings are stored in the system.ini file, not in profile. There's no need to save it explicitly - the settings are saved automatically from time to time (eg when you click OK in the Settings window).
I'd suggest updating to the latest version of RB, most likely it'll solve the problem.
